Action

The Financial Crisis is a special event which can be played after the Banking District tile is put on the playing board. Each tile providing victory points (either by a victory point icon or from any other bonus, token or action) which is advanced to the Financial Crisis will earn a Financial Crisis token. This will reduce the victory point revenue to zero.

Moreover any Corporate of Finance affiliated tile advanced to those tiles that currently have Financial Crisis tokens can still earn a further Financial Crisis token (even if they don’t earn victory points!). If during their turn, a player places a further victory point tile adjanced to a Financial Crisis token, the Financial Crisis will keep spreading! The Financial Crisis tokens can be removed by tile actions only.
